System Verdict
This is a nicely structured but heavily fragranced brightening serum with solid B–A Tier actives that is kneecapped by unnecessary essential oils for anyone sensitive. Efficacy-wise, niacinamide high in the list plus ascorbyl glucoside, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, cholesterol, tocopherol, and a touch of salicylic acid give it a credible 4.0/5 for brightening + barrier support, but the vitamin C is a derivative of unknown concentration and the formula leans more toward a hydrating, barrier-support serum than a hardcore S Tier pigment-fading treatment, while the citrus/juniper oils prevent it from ranking higher on safety.
