System Verdict
A decent multi-acid toner sabotaged by unnecessary peppermint and witch hazel for anyone with sensitive or reactive skin. The efficacy sits in the mid-range because salicylic acid, lactobionic acid (PHA), citric acid, niacinamide and hydrating humectants can support mild exfoliation, oil control and texture over time, but there is only one BHA listed without a declared percentage, the acids are not very high in the INCI, and the pH (~5.5) is gentler than the 3–4 range typically used for strong exfoliation, so results are slower and milder than the “miracle” marketing suggests.
