System Verdict
Smart, well-built azelaic serum — but not a miracle worker. The formula earns a solid efficacy score because it puts a real azelaic acid active at the top, then reinforces it with azelaic derivatives, panthenol, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, and soothing agents; that is a much better structure than a token “brightening” serum. It does lose points because the azelaic system is partially supported by derivatives rather than being a pure high-performance leave-on acid treatment, and the formula is clearly buffered, so you should expect steady acne/redness support rather than aggressive resurfacing; there is no obvious pH/packaging flaw, but it is not an S Tier clinical-strength formula.
