System Verdict
This is a supposedly “gentle” sensitive-skin shower gel built on a notoriously harsh surfactant backbone. Efficacy-wise it cleans very well and has a simple humectant base (glycerin + sodium lactate + a touch of lactic acid), but the use of Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate as a primary cleanser keeps this firmly in B–C territory for a product marketed to sensitive skin: it will remove dirt and oil, yet offers no meaningful barrier-repair lipids and risks dryness for reactive or very dry skin despite the marketing spin.
