This is a beautifully simple, hydrating toner with excellent barrier-friendliness but only modest ‘treatment’ power beyond hydration. Efficacy-wise, it deserves a solid A Tier for hydration (multiple humectants, 10,000 ppm birch sap, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, glyceryl glucoside) but only a B Tier as a treatment toner because key actives like ascorbic acid and licorice derivative sit low in the list and are not at clinically potent levels; it also lacks exfoliating acids, so its job is pure hydration and soothing rather than brightening or resurfacing.
