System Verdict
This is a well-built hydrating, barrier-supporting lip mask with modest true plumping over time and mostly instant, sensory ‘plump’ from a warming agent, not magic volume. Efficacy is driven by a solid occlusive–emollient base, ceramide NP, konjac hyaluronic complex, and multiple peptides, but the plumping claims are partially marketing: VBE gives you tingle and short-term swelling, while the peptides and HA are likely at low (but still potentially effective) levels near the bottom of the INCI, so long-term volume changes will be subtle rather than dramatic.
