Lovely-feeling lip oil, but the heavy fragrance and essential oils make this a risky choice for sensitive or chronically chapped lips. From an efficacy standpoint this is a classic emollient-occlusive balm (beeswax, shea butter, multiple plant oils) that will reduce transepidermal water loss well, but it offers no advanced actives beyond basic moisturization and buries honey and propolis mid-list, so it earns an A Tier rating only for simple comfort rather than any reparative or treatment effect; the dense cocktail of fragrance allergens (citrus peel oils, limonene, citral, linalool, citronellol, geraniol, etc.) justifies a safety downgrade for anyone prone to irritation or lip dermatitis.
