Basic petrolatum–mineral oil cream that hydrates well but is sabotaged by denatured alcohol and fragrance, making it a workhorse body cream at best and a poor choice for sensitive or facial skin. Efficacy is decent (B Tier) because high-glycerin plus heavy occlusives (mineral oil, petrolatum, fatty alcohols and acids, dimethicone, jojoba oil) clearly support hydration and barrier protection, but there are no S Tier actives or advanced barrier lipids and the vitamin E is low-down and mostly marketing; safety is dragged down by the combination of Alcohol Denat. high in the list and generic fragrance, which meaningfully raises irritation risk, especially on compromised or acne-prone skin.
