System Verdict
Solid no-nonsense body occlusive for dry limbs, but comedogenic oils plus fragrance make it a bad idea for acne-prone or sensitive skin anywhere near the face. Efficacy-wise this is a very basic A/B-tier moisturizer: high levels of occlusives (mineral oil, fatty alcohols) and a good humectant (glycerin) will reduce transepidermal water loss, but there are no S Tier barrier actives (ceramides, cholesterol, urea, advanced humectant systems) and the vitamin E is mid-list and primarily marketing-level support rather than a powerhouse treatment; combined with an old-school, heavy, somewhat greasy base, this earns a mid-range performance score rather than anything close to optimized modern barrier care.
