System Verdict
High-protection kids sunscreen with excellent modern filters but built on a sting-prone alcohol-heavy base that’s far from ideal for truly sensitive pediatric skin. Efficacy is strong thanks to a dense mix of well-studied broad-spectrum filters (UVA filter Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane plus modern filters like Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Ethylhexyl Triazone and Drometrizole Trisiloxane), delivering SPF 50+ and UVA-PF 36 with Netlock film-forming technology for very resistant, even coverage. However, the second-place listing of denatured alcohol as a major solvent and texturizer means barrier comfort is compromised, particularly for dry, eczema-prone or very young skin, and the formula is otherwise minimal—humectants and a bit of vitamin E support the base but there are no meaningful barrier lipids or soothing agents to offset the alcohol load.
