System Verdict

A $200+ jar of glorified Vaseline with fragrance and essential oils is brutally underwhelming as a modern moisturizer. Efficacy is mostly from S/A Tier occlusives (petrolatum, mineral oil, paraffin, lanolin alcohol, glycerin) giving strong barrier occlusion and short-term hydration, but there are no true S Tier anti-aging actives, the much-hyped “Miracle Broth” algae is just an emollient near the top, and vitamins/antioxidants (niacin, tocopheryl succinate, beta-carotene, cyanocobalamin) sit mid-to-low in the list with unknown concentrations and jar packaging that compromises stability; heavy occlusive texture and intense fragrance/essential oils further limit who can safely use it, so the formula earns a middling efficacy score despite its price and mythology.
