I’d score the efficacy at 3.9/5 because the base is genuinely functional for oily skin—glycerin, niacinamide, panthenol, squalane, urea, and multiple hyaluronic acid forms sit high enough in the INCI to support hydration and some oil balancing—but the antioxidant claims are secondary and mostly cosmetic in this moisturizer format, and there is no true high-potency treatment active to push it into S Tier or A Tier territory.
