System Verdict
Nice actives, but the essential-oil soup and modest concentrations make this a decent but far from gold-standard mask. Efficacy lands around a 3.8 because niacinamide and tocopheryl acetate sit high in the INCI (positions 4–5), giving real brightening and antioxidant benefit, supported by humectants, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and adenosine. However, it is still a simple gel-cream base without strong barrier-lipid density or advanced delivery systems, and the brightening/anti-aging claims rely on S Tier actives at likely low–mid single-digit percentages. Safety is dragged down by multiple fragrant essential oils (lavender, eucalyptus, geranium, citrus peels, ylang-ylang) that are C–D Tier for sensitive, rosacea or compromised skin due to sensitization and phototoxic potential.
