This is a very stacked, hydration-and-repair toner that behaves more like a light treatment serum, but its anti-aging and ‘PDRN miracle’ claims are somewhat oversold for a leave-on watery format. Efficacy-wise, the formula earns a high score because it couples strong humectants (glycerin, butylene glycol, hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose, betaine) high in the INCI with barrier-supportive actives (ceramide NP, panthenol, beta-glucan, hydrogenated lecithin) and genuinely useful actives like niacinamide, adenosine, Centella triterpenoids (madecassoside, asiaticoside), multiple hyaluronic acid-related humectants, glutathione, PDRN (sodium DNA) and an advanced peptide blend. However, most of the ‘headline’ actives (PDRN, peptides, glutathione, HA, ceramide) sit mid-to-late in a very long list, so real-world concentrations are likely modest; you will see solid hydration, soothing and mild barrier support, but not a dramatic peptide/PDRN-driven anti-aging transformation on its own, which keeps it below a 4.5 S Tier and firmly in a high A Tier for efficacy for a toner.
