Efficacy lands mid–high because the first 10–15 ingredients are classic humectant + emollient workhorses (glycerin, butylene glycol, multiple butters/oils, fatty alcohols, silicones) with small bonuses from panthenol, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and a low-dose peptide, but it lacks ceramides/cholesterol and any evidence of targeted actives at clinically proven levels.
