System Verdict
This is a potent azelaic acid workhorse with real anti-acne and brightening power, but it demands respect from sensitive skin. Efficacy is high because azelaic acid is the second ingredient and explicitly dosed at 20% (S Tier active for acne, rosacea-like redness, and hyperpigmentation), supported by a legitimately soothing, barrier-friendly base with panthenol, centella, madecassoside, betaine, hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, and multiple emollients that keep this from being a chalky, harsh azelaic suspension. However, 20% is an aggressive concentration more commonly used in prescription formats; without clear pH data and with strong actives so high in the list, I cap the score below "clinical optimal" because irritation risk and user tolerability will limit how often many people can actually use it.
