Efficacy-wise, the base has solid humectants (glycerin, butylene glycol, grape water) and light emollients (coco-caprylate/caprate, squalane, sunflower oil) plus silica/tapioca starch and sebum-regulating actives (Enantia chlorantha, Orthosiphon extract, oleanolic acid) that plausibly help with shine and texture in oily skin, but there are no gold-standard acne actives and the benefits will be subtle, not treatment-grade. Safety-wise, mid-list denatured alcohol, a full bouquet of essential oils (peppermint, lavender, lemongrass, geranium, rosemary, Melissa) and multiple fragrance allergens (citral, citronellol, geraniol, linalool, limonene) make this a higher-irritation bet, especially for sensitive or inflamed acne, so I would reserve it for robust, oilier skin that tolerates fragrance well.
