A hydrating AHA toner with some decent actives sabotaged by unnecessary fragrance allergens and fuzzy formula transparency. Efficacy lands in the mid-range because lactic acid, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and panthenol (S Tier/A Tier for hydration and gentle exfoliation) are present but we lack pH and exact % of lactic acid, so I cannot credit it as a strong exfoliant-toner; safety is dragged down by fragrance, Lilial, and Linalool plus a polysorbate base that can feed malassezia, so it is poorly suited to sensitive or fungal-acne-prone users.
